Dance 'n Shoot

I've been asked a few times if Kim and I plan to have a surprise, secret dance for the first dance at the wedding. My response: no.
I watched a string of crazy first dance songs this morning and it got me thinking, "maybe I was brash. Maybe I jumped to a conclusion too quickly." Then I watched some of them again and no, I wasn't brash or too jumpy...I was right. I've been known to make an ass out of myself but I don't know. A daddy/daughter dancing to Soulja Boy is pretty awesome though.

And on a random note...awesome basketball shots:

Fast Update

Because I'm busily bored right now and I feel like I have short bursts of free time between meetings, which isn't enough time to start anything enough to feel like I've made progress. Super fast update time.

Wrestlemania 25 -- A good card, can't believe Kim won one of the bets ($11 woo), a lot of fun and awesome people came over and we took care of a LOT of PBR and orange soda. No Stone Cold but Taker was awesome.

New House -- we close May 15th. I'm excited yet sad to see so much money go out the door so fast. Everything costs money. Lots of it. Rich asked what costs we've incurred thus far, before closing, and I didn't think it was a lot. It was. It is. No worries. It'll be worth it. Everything is going smoothly.

Moving into New House -- That will probably happen Memorial Day weekend. That's right, we may be asking our fun pals if they'd like to help with the move or paint. We'll probably move the little things throughout the week and move the big things on a Saturday morning to get it out of the way. Then celebrate with food and drinks. Maybe the race track and some BBQ, it is Memorial day weekend afterall. Any early takers?

Wedding -- not much to tell here. Everything is going as planned. Now it's all about the little stuff. Food, decorations, favors, presents and so forth. 5 months and some change and counting.

Family -- my grandpa is out of the hospital and doing much better. I think he finally had his first post-op PBR. Oh gramps. He starts chemo soon. As does Kim's mom. Kim's mom is also doing well and her surgery went as well as it could have. So, for being bad news, it's going as well as we can all hope.

Things to look forward to -- moving, the summer, hanging out with people more often, Cubs games, Flyers games, the race track, the wedding, going to Oregon, the upcoming UFC game, seeing lots of family later this year, sitting outside in a beer garden and just enjoying the weather and drinking delicious anythings. Mmm...anythings
